Pack - Feedback

When you place your order: Once your order has been paid for and correctly finalised, a page summarising your order will be displayed. There will also be a section where you can download the documents you have purchased directly, enabling you to obtain your files with a single click. This link will only appear if the order only contains one item, otherwise the links sent by e-mail will be used.

By email: Did you forget to click on the download link on your order summary page, or was it missing? Don't worry, we'll also automatically send you the download link by email, so you can be sure of getting your files.

Downloads are limited to 3 per customer and per document purchased, to prevent misuse or reproduction of files.

When ordering several files, they will be grouped together in a ZIP file. Most computer operating systems, as well as mobile phones and tablets, are capable of decompressing this type of file. Don't hesitate to ask if this is too complicated for you.

- ZIP is a file format for archiving and compressing data without loss of quality.
